Check for continuity and measure the resistance between terminals No
3 and No 6.

Operate the seat heater after connecting the connector, and then check
the thermostat by measuring the temperature of seat surface.

Remove the passenger seat.
(Refer to Body - "Front Seat Assembly")

Disconnect the connector (A) and then remove the seat heater unit (B).

Remove the passenger seat.

Remove the front seat cushion/ back cover.
(Refer to Body - "Front Seat Back Cover")

Disconnect the heater pad from front seat cushion/back.

Install the seat heater unit.

Install the passenger seat assembly.

Install the seat cushion/back heater pad.

Install the seat cushion/back cover.

Install the front seat assembly.

Inspection 1. Check the resistance of the ambient temperature sensor between terminals 1 and 2 whether it changes by changing the ambient temperature. 1. Ambient Sensor (+) 2.
Inspection 1. Turn the ignition switch OFF. 2. Disconnect the temperature control actuator connector. 3. Verify that the temperature control actuator operates to the cool position when connecting 12V to terminal 3 and grounding terminal 7.
