Hyundai Venue: Timing System / Idler. Repair procedures

Remove the drive belt.
(Refer to Timing System - "Dreve Belt")

2. |
Remove the drive belt idler (A).
Tightening torque :
42.2 - 53.9 N.m (4.3 - 5.5 kgf.m, 31.1 - 39.8 lb-ft)

Check the idler. if it is grease leak or abnormal rotation,
replace the idler.

Installation is reverse order of removal.

Removal
Head lamps become very hot during use; do not touch them or any attaching
hardware immediately after they have been turned off.
The headlamp bulb should not be removed from the headlamp assembly until
just before a new bulb is installed...
