Hyundai Venue: Sunroof / Sliding the sunroof
Pressing the sunroof control lever backward or forward momentarily to the second
detent position, the sunroof will slide to the recommended open position before
the maximum slide open position. To stop the sunroof sliding at any point, push
the sunroof control lever momentarily.
To open the sunroof to the maximum slide open position, press the lever backward
when the sunroof completely opens and hold it until the sunroof slide all the way
open.
Pressing the sunroof control lever forward to the sunroof control lever forward
to the second detent position, the sunroof will close all the way. To stop the sunroof
sliding at any point, pull or push the sunroof control lever momentarily.
Information
To reduce wind noise while driving, we recommend you to drive at the position
before the maximum slide open position.
To open the sunroof:
Press the sunroof control lever backward to the first detent position. Release
the switch when you want the sunroof to stop.
To close the sunroof:
Press the sunroof control lever forward to the first detent position...
Tilt the sunroof open:
Push the sunroof control lever upward until the sunroof moves to the desired
position.
To close the sunroof:
Push the sunroof control lever forward until the sunroof moves to the desired
position...
Other information:
To operate the lights, turn the knob at the end of the control lever to one of
the following positions:
1. OFF position
2. AUTO headlamp position
3. Parking lamp position
4. Headlamp position

Seat belt warning light (for driver’s seat)

As a reminder to the driver, the seat belt warning light will illuminate for
approximately 6 seconds each time you place the ignition switch to the ON position
regardless of belt fastening. However, if the seat belt is unfasted, a warning chime
will sound for approximately 6 seconds.
