Removal and Installation 1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal. 2. Loosen the drain plug, and drain the engine coolant.

Removal 1. Drain the coolant. (Refer to Cooling System - "Coolant") 2. Remove the drive belt.

Removal Precautions for using the plastic pulley • Be careful not to place the pulley to downwards of the floor or table.
