Removal
1.
Release the residual pressure in fuel line.
(Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "Release Residual Pressure in Fuel Line")
2.
Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
3.
Remove the fuel pump.
(Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "Fuel Pump")
4.
Disconnect the electric pump wiring connector (A) and the fuel sender connector (B).

5.
Remove the fixing clip (A), and then disconnect the fuel feed tube quick-connector (B).

6.
Remove the cushion pipe fixing hook (A), and then separate the head assembly (B) from reservoir cup.

Inspection
1.
Check for the following items visually.
Cracks or leakage of the canister
Loose connection, distortion, or damage of the vapor hose/tube

A : Canister ↔ Atmosphere
B : Canister ↔ Fuel Tank
C : Canister ↔ Intake Manifold
Installation
1.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Canister installation bolt :
19.6 - 29.4 N.m (2.0 - 3.0 kgf.m, 14.5 - 21.7 lb-ft)
