Hyundai Venue: Ignition Lock Switch / Clutch Pedal. Repair procedures

Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.

Remove the crash pad lower panel.
(Refer to Body - "Crash Pad")
|
| 3. |
Disconnect the ignition lock & clutch switch connector (A).

|
| 4. |
Separate the push rod (A).

|
| 5. |
Remove the clutch pedal assembly (A) after loosening the bolts (B).
|
Tightening torque :
16.7 - 25.5 N.m (1.7 - 2.6 kgf.m, 12.3 - 18.8 Ib-ft)

Rotate the clutch pedal.
|

|
Align the clutch pedal hole (B) and the clutch mater
cylinder (A) and then removing the clutch pedal.

To install, reverse the removal procedures.
