Replacement
Hyundai Venue. Front Bumper Beam Assembly. Repair procedures   
•
Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
•
When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
•
Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces without marring the surface.
•
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
1.
Remove the front bumper cover.
(Refer to Front Bumper - "Front Bumper Cover")
2.
Separate the ambient temperature sensor connector (A) and loosen the mounting clips.

Press the lock pin and separate the front radar connector (A) and loosen the mounting clips.

4.
Loosen the mounting bolts, nuts and remove the front bumper beam assembly (A).

When removing the front bumper rail, engage the fastening bolt for the front bumper rail to align the front end module and keep it in order.

5.
To install, reverse removal procedure.

•
Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
•
Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
