It is installed to the DATC and adjusts the fan rpm by precisely controlling
the voltage applied to the blower motor.
Inspection 1. Connect the battery voltage and check the blower motor rotation. 2. If the blower motor does not operate well, substitute with a known-good blower motor and check for proper operation.
Inspection 1. Measure the resistance between the terminals. 2. The measured resistance is not within specification, the blower resistor must be replaced.
