| Removal and Installation |
| 1. |
Disconnect the battery "-" terminal.

| 2. |
Disconnect the Variable Intake Solinoid(VIS) conncetor(A).
|
| 3. |
Disconnect the lever (A) and hose (B).
|
| 4. |
Loosen the mounting bolts and then remove the Variable Intake Solinoid(VIS)
actuator (C).

Removal and Installation 1. Remove the engine cover. (Refer to Engine and Transaxle Assembly - "Engine Cover") 2.
Components 1. Intake manifold 2. Intake manifold gasket 3. Electronic throttle body gasket 4. Electronic throttle body 5.

Inspection 1. Connect the battery voltage and check the blower motor rotation. 2. If the blower motor does not operate well, substitute with a known-good blower motor and check for proper operation.
